By accessing this website, purchasing or booking a Service, enrolling in a program or otherwise engaging Space Between Wellness, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Space Between Wellness
Space Between Wellness provides coaching, education and personal-development services.
Our Services may draw on psychological science, nervous-system education, behaviour-change principles and trauma-informed approaches.
Space Between Wellness does not provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment or other clinical mental-health treatment.

2. Nature and Scope of Services
Our Services are intended to provide education, coaching, reflection, practical strategies and resources to support personal development and wellbeing.
Information provided through coaching, Pattern Audits, workshops, programs, digital products, emails, website content or social media is educational in nature.
Our Services are not a substitute for individual medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Participation in a Service does not create a psychologist-patient, doctor-patient, therapist-client or other registered health-practitioner relationship.
If you require psychological or medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified health professional.
Space Between Wellness does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you or another person is in immediate danger or requires urgent assistance, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
3. Your Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
You are responsible for deciding whether information, strategies, exercises or recommendations provided through our Services are appropriate for your circumstances.
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge where that information is necessary for us to provide a personalised Service.
You should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where your circumstances require support outside the scope of Space Between Wellness.
4. Results and Outcomes
Personal development and coaching outcomes vary between individuals.
Space Between Wellness does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, relationship, wellbeing, financial or other outcome from participating in a Service.
Testimonials, examples, case studies or descriptions of other people's experiences are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will experience the same results.
5. Pattern Audit
The Pattern Audit is a personalised coaching and educational reflection based on information voluntarily provided by you.
After purchasing a Pattern Audit, you will be directed to complete an online questionnaire.
Your questionnaire must be completed and submitted before your Pattern Audit can be prepared.
The advertised 24-48 hour turnaround begins once your completed questionnaire has been submitted, rather than at the time of purchase.
If you do not submit the questionnaire, Space Between Wellness will not have the information required to prepare your personalised Pattern Audit.
Your Pattern Audit is based on the information you provide. Its relevance and usefulness may therefore depend on the accuracy, completeness and context of your responses.
A Pattern Audit may include observations about patterns, behaviours, beliefs, stress, capacity, boundaries, self-trust and other areas relevant to coaching and personal development, together with educational information, reflections, resources or suggested areas of focus.
A Pattern Audit is not a psychological assessment, clinical assessment, diagnosis or treatment plan.
Personalised observations and recommendations are reviewed by Space Between Wellness before being provided to you.
6. Coaching and Other Services
The duration, inclusions and format of coaching packages, individual sessions, workshops and other Services will be described at the time of booking or purchase.
Where a Service includes communication or support between sessions, this does not constitute unlimited or emergency support.
Reasonable communication boundaries and response times may apply.
Space Between Wellness may recommend that you seek support from another appropriately qualified professional where your needs fall outside the scope of the Service being provided.
7. Bookings and Appointments
You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments at the agreed time.
Specific cancellation, rescheduling or attendance conditions displayed when you make a booking or purchase a particular Service will form part of your agreement with Space Between Wellness.
If Space Between Wellness needs to reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside our reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative time.
8. Prices and Payments
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Payment is required according to the payment arrangement presented at checkout or otherwise agreed when purchasing a Service.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make payments according to the payment schedule presented when you purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and are also subject to the relevant provider's terms and conditions.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund and cancellation rights depend on the Service purchased and the circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated, Space Between Wellness does not generally provide refunds solely because you change your mind after a personalised Service has commenced.
For a Pattern Audit, personalised work is considered to have commenced once your completed questionnaire has been submitted and Space Between Wellness begins reviewing your information or preparing your Audit.
Digital resources that have already been supplied, accessed or downloaded may also not be eligible for a change-of-mind refund unless otherwise stated.
Where a coaching package or other Service has separate cancellation or rescheduling conditions, those conditions will be provided at or before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
This qualification is important: Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees for services, including that services be provided with due care and skill, and businesses cannot contract out of applicable consumer guarantees.
10. Digital Products and Resources
Digital products and resources purchased from Space Between Wellness are provided for your personal use unless otherwise expressly stated.
You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, licence, publish, upload, share or commercially exploit purchased materials without written permission from Space Between Wellness.
Access arrangements for a particular digital product, including any time-limited access, will be communicated when you purchase that product.
11. Artificial Intelligence and Technology
Space Between Wellness may use artificial intelligence and AI-assisted technologies to support administrative activities and the preparation, organisation, formatting and refinement of business and client resources.
AI may assist with tasks such as organising practitioner-created notes, drafting or refining written material, formatting documents, organising resources and other administrative or production tasks.
Space Between Wellness takes reasonable steps to minimise unnecessary personal information provided to general-purpose generative AI systems.
AI is used as an assistive tool and is not relied upon to independently diagnose, psychologically assess or provide clinical treatment to clients.
Where personalised materials are prepared with the assistance of technology or AI, Space Between Wellness remains responsible for reviewing the final personalised material provided as part of the Service.

12. Third-Party Platforms
Space Between Wellness may use third-party providers to operate and deliver Services, including platforms for website hosting, forms, video conferencing, client resources, customer relationship management, bookings, payments, email, cloud storage, analytics, automation and artificial intelligence.
Third-party services operate independently and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We take reasonable steps in selecting and using third-party providers but cannot guarantee that independently operated platforms will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Some Services may include access to a private online portal or personalised resource area.
Access is provided to you for your own personal use.
You must not knowingly provide another person with access to private paid resources unless expressly authorised by Space Between Wellness.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to keep any login details or private access links secure.
Please contact us if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your client portal.
14. Recording and Transcription
Some online sessions may be recorded, transcribed or supported by meeting-assistance technology.
Where a session is to be recorded or transcribed, you will be informed and permission will be sought where appropriate before recording begins.
Recordings, transcripts or summaries may be used to assist with practitioner notes, personalised resources and delivery of the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property created or owned by Space Between Wellness remains the property of Space Between Wellness or the relevant rights holder.
This may include:
- the Space Between Wellness website and written content;
- frameworks and methodologies;
- Pattern Audit structure and materials;
- questionnaires;
- worksheets and exercises;
- coaching resources;
- educational materials;
- videos and recordings;
- templates;
- graphics and downloads;
- program and workshop materials; and
- other original resources.
Purchasing or participating in a Service does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use materials supplied to you for your own personal purposes.
16. Website and Social Media Information
Content published on the Space Between Wellness website, social-media accounts, emails, podcasts or other public channels is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Public content is not personalised advice and should not be treated as an assessment of your individual circumstances.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide useful and accurate information, information may become outdated and may not apply to every person's circumstances.
